Throughout my journey from salesperson, to sales manager, to VP of Sales/Marketing/Operations, and then to Consultant Coach I have seen a lot.
Along the way I have put together my mental list of what works and what doesn’t, whether it’s fundamentals that apply to any sales operation or there are specific tools or processes for a given industry or sales process.
